How It Works

- Share the love – tell others about our expert guitar repair and custom services.
- Get rewarded – when your referral books and completes a paid repair, you earn 20% of the labour fee.
It’s that easy.
Example: If your referral books a repair with a labour fee of R1,000, you’ll receive R200 commission.

T’s & C’s
1 – Eligibility
- Open to individuals 18 years and older.
- Businesses and organizations may participate with prior approval.
2 – Referral Reward
- Referrers receive 20% of the labour fee for each successful repair job.
- “Successful” means the customer books and pays for a repair in full.
- Ambassadors may choose to receive their referral fees as:
- Cash payout (according to the standard payout schedule), OR
- Service credit with Luda Customs, which can be applied towards any eligible repair or customization service.
- Service credit must be requested before payout is processed. Once a payout has been processed, it cannot be converted into service credit.
- Service credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the ambassador for their own services.
- Service credit holds no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
- Unused service credit will remain on the ambassador’s account and can be applied to future services with no expiration date unless otherwise stated.
3 – Payment Terms
- Payments will be made within 7 business days after the customer has paid in full.
- Rewards apply to labour fees only (excluding parts, accessories, or shipping).
- Payment options include EFT, E-wallet service, or another agreed method.
4 – Referral Process
- Referrals must mention your full name when booking, or you must notify Luda Customs before their job begins.
- Only one referrer can be credited per customer.
5 – Limitations
- Self-referrals are not allowed.
- Fraudulent referrals will result in removal from the program.
- Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for store credit.
6 – Program Changes
- Luda Customs reserves the right to change, suspend, or end the referral program at any time.
- Any earned rewards before changes will still be honoured.
