Description

The X series deals with solid and double-cut guitars with 25-1/2″ scales, beveled tops, bolt-on neck joints, die-cast tuning machines, 24-fret fingerboards and tremolo bridges (non locking trems are standard). X-6 has a solid and double-cut basswood body and maple neck (very popular combination of tonewoods in this price range). Bridge on the top is a n affordable double-locking tremolo bridge. Three pickups in it`s front are installed in the classic H/S/H pattern. U-shaped neck is made of five pieces of maple. 24-fret fingerboard is made of rosewood. The X-6 is an intermediate model from the acclaimed X series.

EQUIPPED WITH BLUEBUCKER PICKUPS

The Bluebucker pickups come with hand-selected ferrite polepieces and 7,000 turns of coil for mega hot output that delivers pulverizing punch and power for extreme metal styles and sounds.

DOUBLE LOCKING II TREMOLO

Double Locking II Tremolo on the X-6 provides rock-solid tuning stability during the most extreme tremolo stunts like deep dive-bombing and squealing pinch harmonic pull-ups.

H-S-H PICKUP CONFIGURATION

This versatile pickup configuration with the 5-way switch provides a wide variety of sounds to cover virtually any musical style. With the middle and neck pickups alone or in combination, the sounds are not only ideal for rhythm playing but for distinctive single-coil and neck humbucker lead sounds

COIL-TAP (PUSH-PULL TONE KNOB)

The push-pull tone knob potentiometer allows for the humbucker’s dual coils to be split into single-coil, providing a brighter and glassier sound ideal for genres such such as pop, funk and certain styles of jazz.

JUMBO FRETS

2.9mm jumbo frets allow the fingers to fly up and down the fretboard with ease and authority.
