The NUX Solid Studio (NSS5) is a professional‑grade IR loader and power amp simulator designed to replace bulky cabinets, microphones, and complex studio setups. With 8 speaker cabinets, 8 microphones, 3 mic positions, and 3 power amp tube models, it delivers authentic virtual mic‑ing with exceptional realism and flexibility.

Cabinet & Microphone Simulation

Choose from 8 speaker cabinets and pair them with 8 microphone models, each with 3 mic positions for fine‑tuning:

• On‑axis
• Off‑axis
• Far

This gives you 192 possible combinations before adding power amp coloration.

Power Amp Simulation

Engage the power amp section to add tube warmth and dynamic response. Choose from:

• EL84 – chimey, mid‑focused
• EL34 – aggressive, British‑style
• 6V6 – warm, vintage American

Controls include Master, Drive, and Presence for shaping the power amp character.

High‑Resolution IR Loader

Solid Studio supports 2048‑sample IRs (46ms), exceeding the industry standard of 1024 samples. This extended length captures deeper low‑end detail and delivers more accurate cabinet reproduction.

Load 3rd‑party IRs via USB using the Solid Studio software editor.

Ultra‑Low Latency

With less than 1ms latency, Solid Studio responds instantly — even when used with other digital pedals.
